1. Go to the start menu and type “event” and press enter.
2. A list pop up will open with a list of items. Select “event viewer” or “View event logs”.
3. In event viewer window you will find a folder named Windows Logs.
4. Now you expand the windows logs tree and find Application.
5. Try to find out “Outlook”, “windows error reporting”, “application error” in the “source” column. You may search to event logs of all these folders for information related to the error.

Removal of faulty add-ins:

1. Open outlook in safe mode.
2. After it gets started to go to the following path
File>Option> Add-in> Go
3. Go to the Add-in tab delete all the other add-ins except the Microsoft add-in.

Create a new outlook profile:
 
1. To create a new outlook profile, follow the steps given below.
2. Go to the mail option from Control panel.
3. A dialog box will open. Find and click-on show profile.
4. This click will open a new dialog box. Then find and click on the box “add”. Rename the “add” button.
5. Now add an email account.
6. Set this new account a default profile.
7. Restart Outlook.
 
How to repair office:

1. Go to the control panel and go to the uninstall program.
2. A new window will open choose Microsoft office and click on “change”
3. Another window will pop-up. Select repair from the available options and click on
“Continue” button.

Repairing of a corrupt .pst file: 

1. Open windows explorer and search for “SCANPST” file in its outlook’s installation directory.
2. Double click on “SCANPST” file.
3. Select the “SCANPST” file by browse button and click on start.
4. After you are done with all these things click on the Start button.
