Eliminate faulty add-ins

- Open outlook in safe mode
- Go to the Start menu and check for outlook.exe/safe then press enter

Go to the path control Panel>mail

To repair office please follow the steps below
Go to the control panel and click on ‘Uninstall program’
First, click on Microsoft Office and then click on Change option
A popup window will open chose ‘Quick repair’ and then click on ‘repair’ button the last restart your outlook
Repair PST file
